Shipping

At this time, we will ship merchandise to locations within the United States. Purchased items will be shipped within 3 – 5 business days after the date of purchase (excluding weekends). Next day shipping is available upon request for an additional shipping charge. You will be notified of the additional shipping charge at the time of purchase. Being that there is no signature required upon delivery, you will be 100% responsible if your package is lost, stolen or missing. No refund will be issued.

We currently offer 2-day shipping which the cost varies on the box sizes that range from small, med, large prices range from $6.65-18.85 we will inform you of the cost of shipping at checkout. Free shipping on orders over $100

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges: Only if not worn.

Returns: E&K offers returns for store credit ONLY. Please contact E&K within five days of receiving your purchase to receive a store credit. You will receive a credit pending the items are returned in the same condition sent. The item is considered a final sale on the sixth day following your purchase date. A store credit for returned merchandise is not inclusive of shipping charges. Swimwear and Accessories are Final Sales. All items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. NO EXCEPTIONS!
